I had to pick between the new spicy chicken sandwich or the classic burger at that drive-thru in Springfield

The line was long, so I had time to debate. I went with the spicy chicken because the ad made it look huge and crispy. What I got was a sad, soggy patty smaller than my palm, with zero heat. Should I have just stuck with the basic burger, or is that a letdown too?

Honestly, that "sad, soggy patty smaller than my palm" line is so real. I read a whole thread last week about that exact Springfield drive-thru. A bunch of people said the classic burger is super basic, like just a thin patty and not much flavor, but at least it's consistent. The spicy chicken is a total gamble, and most said it's never actually spicy. Tbh, sounds like you might be better off trying a different spot next time.
