Total garbage move. How are we supposed to trust online reviews now? It just kills the whole point.

Yeah, it really does kill the whole point. I mean, now I just assume any product with only glowing reviews is probably paying for them. Maybe we should all just start reviewing the reviews themselves. One star, this five-star rating seems fake and desperate.

Did you hear about my friend who bought a phone charger with hundreds of five-star ratings? It caught fire after two days. He found out later most reviews were paid for by the seller. Now he doesn't trust any online review sites.
