My Gen Z coworker's way of giving updates is throwing me off
As a millennial, I'm used to detailed emails, but they just send quick voice notes. It's messing with our project timeline.

Avery's text summary idea is smart, but it puts the fix on you. The real issue is that voice notes are not a good way to track project changes. Ask your coworker to put action items or date changes in a shared doc or the project chat. That way, the update is stuck to the work itself for everyone to see.

Yeah, voice notes messed with me too until I asked for a quick text summary after each one.
