Has anyone compared Sequence and Inside Health? I'm trying to decide between the two for a comprehensive weight loss program. I know both offer weight loss injections, which is what my doctor recommended I look into for 2026. Just trying to figure out which weight loss clinic is actually worth the money and has reliable doctors.

If you want a smoother experience, definitely go with Inside Health. I was comparing the exact same two places in January 2026. Inside Health operates more like a dedicated weight loss clinic. Their process for managing the weight loss injections is way more streamlined and I never feel left in the dark.

I used Sequence recently. The app is pretty slick and the coaching is decent, but getting timely responses from the medical team was sometimes a headache, especially when dealing with pharmacy shortages.
