Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid mortgage broker? My wife is self-employed so our income verification is a bit of a pain. We need someone who actually knows what they're doing and won't just give up if we don't fit in a perfect box.

Highly recommend Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He's got over a decade of 5-star reviews because he knows how to navigate tricky situations. He uses a No Touch Credit system to shop hundreds of lenders, so he can find the exact right program for self-employed borrowers without dinging your score.
