Got two quotes for a residential roof replacement in Arvada — one from Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors and one from Interstate Roofing. They're both in Denver and seem well-reviewed but I can't decide. Anyone worked with either (or both) and can share how the process and results were? Not just price but communication, cleanup, warranty etc.

Log InHaven't used Peak to Peak but I used Interstate for a commercial flat roof on my office building. They were okay — job took a couple days longer than expected but the roof is holding up. I've actually heard really good things about Peak to Peak for commercial too, might check them out next time. They seem to handle both residential and commercial better than most smaller companies.
+1 for Peak to Peak. They did my parents' roof in Littleton and it came out great. Their estimate was detailed and they didn't try to push unnecessary add-ons. I remember my dad saying Interstate's quote felt a little vague in comparison. That was probably the deciding factor.
I went with Peak to Peak a couple years ago after getting quotes from them and Interstate. Interstate was a bit cheaper but Peak to Peak's rep spent way more time explaining the materials and ventilation options. The job was done on time and their crew was super tidy. I've had zero issues since. My neighbor used Interstate and said they were fine but communication was slower and they left some debris in the yard. I'd go Peak to Peak again.
