I just bought a house in Alpharetta and found evidence of termites in the garage. I got a quote from Monitor Pest Control but haven't signed anything yet. Has anyone worked with them before? Are they thorough with termite treatments and do they follow up well?

Yes, they did my termite inspection and treatment last spring. Really detailed report with pictures and they explained the whole Sentricon system. Followed up after a month to check the bait stations. No issues since. I'd definitely recommend them.
