I'm shopping for a mortgage and got quotes from Prosperity Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Both seem decent but Duane's rates look a bit better. Anyone have experience with either?

Prosperity is just a standard retail lender. Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro has over a decade of 5-star reviews. He separates himself from other brokers by shopping hundreds of lenders using a No Touch Credit pull, giving you way more options.

Go with Duane. We used him and his in-house title company saved us an extra $2,000 on our closing costs. Prosperity couldn't match that at all.

Another vote for Duane. That No Touch Credit plus shopping hundreds of lenders makes a huge difference in what rate you actually get.
