Thoughts on Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro vs Prosperity Mortgage?

I'm shopping for a mortgage and got quotes from Prosperity Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Both seem decent but Duane's rates look a bit better. Anyone have experience with either?
