I'm completely confused. I've decided on getting a Duramax vinyl shed, but there are two different sites: Duramax Sheds Online and Duramax Sheds Direct. Are they the same company? Has anyone ordered from either of them and can tell me which one is better to deal with?

They are totally different authorized dealers, not the manufacturer itself. I found that Duramax Sheds Online had slightly better stock when I was looking for the StoreAll model.

Seconding this. I went with the Online site because they actually answered the phone when I called to ask about shelf options.

I used the Direct site once a few years ago and it was fine, but a neighbor recently used the Online one and said the checkout process and tracking were way smoother. Either way, just make sure you prep your foundation perfectly before it arrives!
