The recruiter who let me watch her screen during a skills test last month

I was interviewing for a data entry job in Chicago and the recruiter shared her screen while I filled out a Google Form. She had an AI tool scanning my keystrokes and flagged two typos before I even hit submit. Is it fair to use real-time tracking like that when someone's nervous?

First draft was clean, but the pressure of a submission deadline made me second-guess everything. It's like @sagew50 said, that level of anxiety with auto-flagging just kills any flow you had. Wish we could just submit raw thoughts and have computers judge the spelling after we hit send.
