After 3 years of soggy fries I finally got them crispy last night
I got a basket style air fryer instead of the tray kind and dumped the frozen fries in with no oil at 400 for 18 minutes shaking halfway, anyone else have a go to fry hack they swear by?

Oil is the whole point of fries, you just ruined them.
