Can we talk about air fryer reheating pizza?
I used to get soggy crust until I put a rack under it. Crispy every time now, lmao.

That RACK trick is a total GAME CHANGER. It lets the hot air circulate under the crust so it gets crispy all over. Another tip: spritz a tiny bit of water on the cheese before you start, it keeps it from getting rubbery. My pizza comes out BETTER than fresh sometimes.

Nah, that rack just dries the crust out too much.

I tried the water spritz thing last week and it actually worked. The cheese stayed soft instead of turning into a weird skin.
