Crispy tofu beats chicken wings in my air fryer, and I'll die on this hill
Been using my air fryer for about 8 months now, and after testing both side by side last Tuesday, the tofu cubes come out way crispier on the outside and softer inside than any wings I've done. I use extra firm tofu, press it for 20 minutes, toss in cornstarch and soy sauce, then cook at 380 for 15 minutes. Everyone in my house thinks I'm nuts, but has anyone else ditched meat in the fryer after seeing the texture difference?

Dang, it's just dinner, not a personality contest.
