My aunt's 10 minute chicken wings changed how I prep everything

Last Sunday my aunt came over and watched me air fry wings for 25 minutes at 380. She just laughed and said she does hers in 10 minutes at 400, no flip, straight from the freezer. I thought she was crazy but tried it with a small batch and honestly they came out crispy and juicy. She said she learned it from a TikTok comment by some random guy named Dave. Now I'm wondering how many other recipes I've been overcomplicating, have any of you had someone show you a faster way that actually works better?

Straight from the freezer? No flip? That's wild. My aunt would never let me live that down either. I've been thawing wings for an hour and flipping them mid-cook like it's some sacred ritual. Ten minutes at 400 sounds too good to be true, but you said crispy and juicy. I might have to test that out this weekend with a full batch. If it works, I'm throwing out my whole wing game plan. That Dave guy probably saves people hours of their lives.

@grantschmidt totally get the aunt pressure. Frozen wings are a game changer, trust the process.
