inHit 200 linear feet of conduit in one shift and it broke my brain a little
Honestly this reminds me of how weird performance works in general. Like sometimes you'll be making drinks on a slow Tuesday and suddenly you're knocking out three cocktails a minute without even thinking, but other days you can't even pour a beer without spilling. The human brain just clicks into gear on random days for no clear reason. Last month I cleaned my whole apartment in 45 minutes flat which normally takes me two hours and I still don't know what was different. I think those days are just proof that we're capable of way more than usual but most of the time something holds us back, whether it's tiredness or distraction or just bad luck.

inJust went to an AI art gallery in Portland and walked out confused
I read that some people compare AI art to being a film director rather than a painter, which kind of fits your point about commissioning.

inThe week I made $45 worth of groceries feed us for 9 days straight
Forgot that 9 days isn't quite two full weeks. 45 bucks is still impressive but 9 days is a solid stretch not quite half a month. Just a small math thing but still a good deal for sure.

inBroke my band saw blade mid-breakfast rush last Saturday
Did you see that article from a butcher supply blog saying a dull blade actually snaps more often than a sharp one? I always thought you could run them until they failed, but that changed my mind on when to swap. Getting into a routine of changing blades before they start feeling rough might save you that kind of headache.

inSpent 6 hours on a parasitic drain because I skipped the simplest test first
Man, been there... ended up chasing a phantom battery drain for almost 8 hours on an old Ford once. Turned out the glove box light was staying on because a receipt was keeping the door slightly open. Felt like such a fool. Now I always start with the battery test and a quick visual check before touching any fuses.
