My buddy's mom changed my mind about frozen wings in the air fryer
She said to stop thawing them first and just toss them in frozen with a little cornstarch, and they came out way crispier than my usual defrosted batch. What's your go-to for frozen chicken wings without making them rubbery?

Oh man, your buddy's mom is a genius! I started doing the same thing a few months ago and now I won't even bother thawing wings anymore. The cornstarch trick is a game changer, makes 'em crunchy all over without that weird chewy skin.

Honestly, I gotta push back on that "genius" part a little, @black.pat. I tried the frozen wing thing and the cornstarch trick too, and yeah, it gets them crunchy but I felt like the inside was still a little rubbery and not fully cooked through. Tbh, I'd rather take the extra 10 minutes to pat them dry and season them while they're thawed, I just think you get a better texture overall. Ngl, the shortcut is tempting but for me the old school way still wins.
