Why does everyone crowd the air fryer basket like that...
I keep seeing people post pics of their chicken wings packed so tight nothing gets crispy... I tried that my first week and ended up with soggy skin after 25 minutes at 400. What's the point of an air fryer if you're just steaming everything?

My roommate once tried to toast a bagel in there and set off the smoke detector.

Hold on, is it really that big of a deal though? I mean, I've definitely gotten distracted and accidentally left my microwave running with a fork inside (don't ask). The smoke alarm only goes off for a couple minutes, then resets itself. Maybe your roommate should just open a window next time, @abbyg14. I think we're all acting like burnt toast is a fire hazard when it's really just a minor inconvenience.
