inTIL that old boilermaker named Joe at the Local 33 hall taught me more in 10 minutes than my whole first year
Heard that same line from an old welder who could barely see through his mask, still laid a bead straighter than my tape measure.

inTried to clean a shutter with lighter fluid and learned my lesson
Three swabs in and I've got a paperweight too, @simon_coleman. Isn't it funny how one wrong move can turn a $200 camera into a $200 lesson?

inThat discount bulk spice haul I did turned out to be a total flop
Funny how that works, isn't it. Same thing with just about everything that comes with a "deal" attached - you end up paying twice in the long run. Cheap tools snap the first time you put any real torque on them, discount trash bags split open when you're hauling them out, and bargain bin spices are basically just colored dust with no soul. Learned that lesson the hard way with a bulk bag of cumin that smelled like old cardboard. Sometimes saving a few bucks upfront just means you're buying disappointment you have to throw out later.

inVent: Copy-pasting Stack Overflow code cost me 6 hours of debugging
You ever notice how the most upvoted answers on Stack Overflow are often 5+ years old and might not even work with the latest version of a library anymore? That's how I got bit by a deprecated React pattern that looked "correct" because thousands of people had voted it up. Now I always scroll to the bottom to check for recent comments saying "this no longer works in version X.

inHad a week where nothing would forge right, figured out it was my anvil
Wait how long did that one last?
