Hit 500 washer drives replaced and it changed how I quote jobs

Finally counted up my invoices last month and landed on 500 drive replacements, mostly on top-loaders in the Phoenix area. That number made me realize I was undercharging for the ones with stripped splines, since those take twice as long. I bumped my flat rate by $35 on that specific repair and nobody blinked, not one customer pushed back. Anyone else track their numbers by part type, or am I just the weird one with a spreadsheet?

Buddy of mine counted dryer vent jobs once and found the same thing, nobody fights a small bump.
