Serious question, my Tuesday got completely wrecked by a single email from my boss. Has anyone else had a day turn around that fast?

Oh man, tell me about it. One minute you're having a decent morning, maybe even thinking about lunch. Then that one email hits, and suddenly your whole plan is gone. You're stuck redoing a report from scratch or dealing with some last-minute crisis. The day just flips from calm to chaos in two seconds flat.

Ever notice how that one email seems to delete your whole brain for the next hour? You just sit there staring at the screen, and all your other work might as well not exist. It's like your whole mental to-do list gets replaced by this single stupid problem. The worst part is trying to get your focus back after the chaos dies down.
