Am I the only one who found that short walks clear the mental fog from complex repairs?
I used to power through until my brain was fried. Stepping outside for five minutes resets everything... feels like a new start.

Explain what actually happens in your head during those five minutes. Do you focus on your surroundings, or does your mind just wander freely until the solution pops up?

For me, it's not free wandering. I zero in on the problem itself. My mind works through steps, like untangling a knot. The answer surfaces once I stop pushing.

You zone out for five whole minutes? @morgan_chen my brain would just replay an awkward thing I said in 2012.
