Outreach email got flagged as spam by 80% of my targets last month

I sent 200 personalized emails for guest post backlinks and only 40 made it past spam filters, has anyone else seen their open rates tank after Google's latest update?

Did you check if your email domain has a warm reputation with those inboxes?

Starting to think it's like building trust with people in real life. Nobody hands over their secrets to a stranger who just showed up, same with inboxes and new domains. You gotta earn that reputation by being consistent and reliable first.

Oh man, I feel you on this one! It's so frustrating when you do everything right and still get blocked. @juliag10 nailed it with that trust analogy too, it really is like building a relationship from scratch. I had a similar experience myself recently. I used a brand new subdomain for a campaign and even though I warmed it up for two weeks, it still landed in spam for half my list. Had to switch back to my main domain with a proven track record just to get decent delivery. It's a real headache but you're not alone in this struggle.
