Watched the Total Recall remake in a theater in Tulsa with 4 other people and one of them walked out
I went to a 10pm showing at the AMC on Memorial last Friday and there were literally 4 of us in the whole room. About 40 minutes in, this guy two rows down just stood up, said "nope" out loud, and left, and honestly he had the right idea because the original did everything better 22 years earlier. Did the remake even need to exist when the 1990 one still holds up?

Used to roll my eyes at remakes but after sitting through that one, the original wins.
