Yeah the "always the move" part gets me. I had a neighbor who would call the cops for any noise after 8pm, even just a few people talking on a patio. It just made everyone tense and hostile instead of solving anything. A simple conversation usually works better.

Did they ever try talking to you first, or was it straight to the cops every time?
