PSA: I think the 'ask anything' rule gets taken too far sometimes
Last week in this group, someone asked for detailed medical advice about a skin rash. I mean, come on. Three years ago when I joined, it felt more like a place for curious questions about how stuff works or weird history facts. Now, I see posts where people are basically asking for free therapy or legal help, which feels risky. Just last month, a user posted their full budget asking for investment tips, which is a huge personal info dump. I get the name is 'ask anything', but maybe there should be a soft line about things that need a real pro. It puts other users in a bad spot to give advice on serious stuff. Has anyone else felt uncomfortable when a question here seems way too big for a forum?
