The neighbor with the leaf blower at 7am on Saturdays
Used to just let it slide figuring he had a big yard and needed to get it done before the heat kicked in around Phoenix. Then I started working the night shift delivering packages and that Saturday morning roar became my personal alarm clock from hell. Has anyone else had to ask a neighbor to change their routine just so you could sleep?

Man, leaf blowers are the worst. Had a guy next door in Surprise who'd fire up his pressure washer at 6am every Sunday to clean his driveway. Finally just walked over with a coffee and asked if he could push it back an hour. He was cool about it once he knew I worked nights.

Honestly @blakem13, that coffee move was genius. I swear half these noise wars would end if people just talked it out with a donut or something. Tbh I had a neighbor running a leaf blower at 7pm once and I just waved from my porch instead of yelling. He actually turned it off early after that. Ngl, it's wild how a little kindness beats confrontation every time with stuff like this.
