Hit 100 perfect sourdough loaves and it totally caught me off guard
I kept a tally on my fridge for the last 6 months and crossed 100 last Tuesday. Never thought I'd get consistent results after that first flat, burnt failure back in January. Anyone else track their bakes like this or just me?

Haha yeah my starter's basically immortal at this point (it'd survive the apocalypse for sure).
