Ever have a friend who moved to Florida and their baking went all wrong? My buddy swore his brownie recipe was cursed until he realized his new apartment had no AC and was basically a swamp. High humidity just wrecks the dry ingredients before they even hit the oven.

That humidity will get you every time.

Actually, it's the dew point that really tells you how sticky it will feel, not just the humidity.
