That $40 silicon baking mat I bought 6 years ago is still going strong
I picked up a cheap silicon baking mat from a kitchen supply store back in 2018 for like $38 and honestly it's the best baking money I ever spent. I used to go through parchment paper rolls constantly and always had cookies stick or burn unevenly. This mat still looks brand new after hundreds of batches of cookies and roasted veggies. Anyone else have a baking tool that just keeps paying off years later?

Read that silicone is way more eco friendly than parchment too. Good call.
