The shop down the street went from dead to packed in under a year

Used to walk by Classic Cuts and see one guy in the chair, maybe two. That was it. Now there's a line out the door every Saturday. The change happened after they brought in a new barber, Marcus. He started posting his fades on Instagram, just clean, simple videos. No fancy music, just the work. He told me he replies to every single comment, even the dumb ones. Their bookings went up 70% in six months. Is it really that simple now? Just post your cuts and talk to people online?

Watch a guy give a good haircut and actually talk to his customers online and suddenly it's a business miracle. Next thing you know, the dry cleaner will be famous for getting out a red wine stain and answering a DM. The bar down the block will blow up because they post a video of a decent pour and the bartender remembers a regular's name. Yeah, it's that simple, and it's wild that just doing the job well and being nice is now a secret weapon.
