The old flip phone vs my smartphone for late night texting, no comparison
Last month I dug up my old LG flip phone from 2008, the one with the tiny T9 keyboard. Typing out a full sentence took forever, but I knew exactly what I meant to say before I hit send. Now with autocorrect and predictive text, I've sent some real doozies, like telling my sister her new haircut was 'great' when I meant 'brave'. It made me wonder, is convenience worth losing that split second of thinking before you speak, or in this case, text? Has anyone else caught themselves wishing they had a slower way to reply?
