Totally. I see it all the time, people bending over to pick up a box and their whole back rounds because their core just isn't switched on. They'll feel a tweak and then panic, but the fix is so basic. It's not about crazy ab workouts, just learning to brace properly when you lift anything, even groceries. Do that consistently and you stop getting those random little pains.
