Had a whole section of a garden wall start to lean in Cincinnati last fall, the mortar just wasn't setting right in the cold.

My buddy had a crack like that in his basement wall. He kept saying it was just the house settling too. Then one rainy spring, the whole corner started bowing in. The repair guys said the foundation was failing and it cost him over twenty grand to fix. I'd get that looked at by a pro, not just hope it's normal.
