My daily tracker fell apart after 3 days and I had to start over
I set up this really nice habit tracker in my bullet journal last Sunday. Color coded, little icons, the whole deal. By Wednesday the ink had smeared all over the page because I used a cheap pen that wasn't waterproof. I was so frustrated because I spent like an hour on it Sunday night. So I just tore that page out and went back to a plain old checkmark system on a sticky note instead. It's not pretty but it actually works better for me now. Has anyone else had a whole spread fall apart on them like that after they put in all that setup work?

3 days? rookie numbers honestly. I've been using the same basic bullet journal tracker for 2 years now with just a plain Pilot G2 and it's never smeared once. maybe the issue isn't the tracker but the tools you're picking. cheaper pens and fancy markers are a trap when you're putting all that effort into setup. I'd say go for a finer point or a ballpoint that dries fast instead of blaming the whole system.
