Blew an hour trying to get a precise boning cut on a pork shoulder yesterday

Ngl, I thought I'd knock it out in 10 minutes but the blade kept hitting a weird sinew patch near the blade bone. Anyone else run into that stubborn spot on shoulders and have a trick to work around it faster?
