Brought back slow-dried sausages for my shop

Takes longer, but the old-timers appreciate it. Even the kids are asking for it now.

Man, that reminds me of my buddy's dad. He used to make his own pepperoni sticks in a little shed out back, took forever. We'd all make fun of him for it when we were teens. Now my friend says he'd give anything for one of those sticks, just the way his old man made them. Guess that stuff really does stick with you.

Laughing at how we used to mock the whole setup. Bet he was laughing back at us, knowing we'd come crawling for those sticks someday. Now here we are, wishing for a taste of that shed magic. Classic case of not knowing what you got till it's gone. Should have taken notes instead of jokes.

Honestly, that slow stuff is overrated. Give me a quick, consistent product any day. Nostalgia just makes people forget the hassle.
