Noticed a ton of new fiber pedestals going up in the new subdivision off Route 9

Honestly, seeing them all pre-labeled for a single provider makes me wonder if anyone else has dealt with getting access to run lines for a different company in these locked-down developments.

I read about exclusive access deals in new builds, it's a real fight for other providers.

Those deals are such a pain. It's like the building gets a single provider and the rest of us are just locked out, @ross.felix. My last place had one and the service was terrible, but I had no choice. It feels like they're selling a captive audience before anyone even moves in. The whole thing just kills any real competition. We end up paying more for worse options because of these agreements.
