My Sunday rush fell apart until I tried a two-person order line

Last weekend I had 40 tickets stacked by 10am, so I had my barista call out drinks while I wrote names on cups. It cut our wait from 12 minutes to 7, but now my regulars expect it every Sunday. Has anyone else tried splitting the order line during peak hours?

Oh nice, maybe add a dedicated pickup spot too so the line flows better.
