Saw a cafe in Pasadena switch to a new coffee supplier last month and their sales jumped 30%
They went from a big national brand to a local roaster, and the difference in customer comments was huge. People kept asking where the beans came from. Has anyone else made a change like that and seen a big shift?

Totally, my local bakery swapped to a local dairy and their croissants went from good to insane. They can't keep them on the shelves now.

My buddy's sandwich shop in Austin swapped out their generic pickles for some local fermented spears. Suddenly his Yelp reviews are all pickle-themed fan mail. It's like people forgot they came in for a pastrami on rye. He's now selling jars of the things at the counter. The power of a simple switch is wild.
