Two identical drip trays, night and day results after 6 weeks
I ran side by side tests of my main espresso machine and the backup, same beans, same grind. The one I flush and wipe down every 2 hours pulls way cleaner shots than the one I only cleaned at closing. Has anyone else noticed the mid-shift wipe makes that much difference or am I overthinking it?
