We hit 500 cold brew gallons sold in a month and I'm not sure how to feel about it

On one hand, it's a huge win for our new nitro system, but it also means our bean costs jumped by almost $800. Do you push a popular item even when it cuts into your margins?

Have you run the numbers to see what your actual profit per gallon is after labor and the nitro setup costs? That extra $800 might look different if you factor in everything.

Congrats on the sales! But yeah, that's a big cost jump. You gotta raise the price a little or you're just working for free.

Have you looked at your total profit on it, not just the bean cost? Sometimes a lower margin on a high volume item still makes you more money overall. You might need to adjust the price a little, even by 25 cents, to get that margin back without hurting sales.
