The time a TikTok mob came for my small bakery over a wedding cake

Last spring I run a little bakery in Portland, Oregon. I got an order for a wedding cake with a simple floral design. The bride sent me a photo of a cake she liked online, so I matched the colors and flowers. But someone who saw the photo in the bakery window posted it saying I stole the design from a bigger baker in Seattle. Within a day, my reviews got flooded with one star ratings and comments calling me a thief. I had to show all my emails with the bride to prove she asked for that look. Even after that, some people still won't buy from me because of the rumor. Has anyone else had their small business hit by a cancel mob over something that wasn't even true?
