I used to think Firefly was overrated and didn't get the hype. Then I watched the unaired episodes in order.

For years I rolled my eyes at all the Firefly revival posts. Figured it was just nerd nostalgia for something that barely aired. Then last month I found the full original broadcast order online and watched it the way they intended. The character arcs actually make sense now and I finally see what everyone was so upset about losing. Anybody else have a show they wrote off until they saw the right version?

Nah, still think it's just a mediocre show that got cancelled for a reason.

People get way too worked up about old shows. Finding a different order of episodes might make the story flow better but it's still just a sci-fi show that ran for less than a season. The constant revival talk feels like fans forgetting there's plenty of other good stuff out there right now.
