Went back to Hulu to rewatch 'The Great' and noticed something creepy

I was scrolling through Hulu last night trying to find 'The Great' again since it got canceled after season 3, and I swear the show's page is gone. Like not even in my watch history anymore. I checked my sister's account too and she said she can't find it either. Is Hulu quietly deleting canceled shows to avoid paying residuals or something? Has anyone else had a whole series just vanish from their account after it got the axe?

Ha! Joke's on me I guess, I have like 30 shows in my "continue watching" that I haven't touched in two years and Hulu probably thinks I've ghosted them. Honestly my watch history is so chaotic it's prob a public service if they delete stuff I forgot about. But yeah The Great vanishing is super sketchy, I had the same thing happen with "Utopia" from like 2020, one day it was there the next it just wasn't.

Whoa, I actually kind of see it differently, @king.derek. I had the same thing pop up for a couple older videos, and it made me check my settings. Turns out YouTube quietly changed their default privacy settings a few months back, so if you didn't manually opt in to the new tracking thing, some history just vanishes after a while. It's not great, but it's more of a settings glitch than them actively hiding stuff from you.
