That Tuesday where 3 clients cancelled on me back to back

Had 3 floor installs lined up for Tuesday and they all called to cancel within 2 hours of each other. Lost about $900 in income for the week and couldn't fill the slots last minute. Anyone else have days where the scheduling gods just hate you?

Honestly, I used to think client cancellations just came with the territory and you had to roll with it. Tbh, losing nearly a grand in one day like that really shifted my perspective on how much it actually costs us. Ngl, now I make clients sign a tighter cancellation policy because that kind of hit stings too much to just shrug off.
