Wow, I used to believe slow and steady always won the race. Then I missed out on a great apartment because I took too long to decide. Now I see that speed matters in everyday things too.

Honestly though, rushing these checks is way worse. A company needs to be sure they're hiring the right person, even if it takes time. Better a slow hire than a bad one that causes real problems later.
