TIL a few daily stretches can prevent knee pain from carpet work

My knees used to ache badly from kneeling all day on the job. A friend showed me a couple of leg stretches to do before work. Now I do them each morning, and the difference is huge. What do you all do to handle the physical strain?

Oh yeah... I used to skip stretching all the time, thought it was just for show. Then I pulled a muscle getting off the couch, no joke. Now I do a quick routine every morning and it's a game changer. I feel looser and way less stiff during the day. Still can't touch my toes without looking like a folded lawn chair, but hey. So yeah, it honestly helps a ton.

That folded lawn chair line is too real, I feel seen. Stretching really does make a difference, even if you're not flexible at all. Joseph_adams66, it sounds silly but you just feel better, you know?
