Walked past the open kitchen at a spot on Division Street and watched a cook go from raw chicken to salad greens without a wash. How do you even start that conversation with a manager?

Ever wonder if saying something actually helps? A friend saw something similar at a taco place and told the manager on his way out. He just said he was worried about getting sick and pointed out what he saw. The manager seemed annoyed but my friend felt like he had to try. I mean, what @thomas346 said about video is smart for proof, but my friend didn't have that. It's just a gross situation all around.
