inOverheard a guy at the parts counter say he uses a dab of anti-seize on wheel studs before the lug nuts... never thought of that for preventing galling.
Is galling on wheel studs even a common problem? I've swapped tires for years and never had one seize up so bad it wouldn't come off. Seems like a solution looking for a problem. If you're torquing them right and not using an impact gun like a maniac, they come off fine. Adding anti-seize just changes the friction and can make you over-torque the nut anyway.

inI looked up how many questions get posted on Reddit every day and the number is wild
Two million posts is low? That's wild. Have you seen some of those giant threads? A single big AMA or game update post can have over a hundred thousand comments by itself. The text from those alone must be huge. Storage for all that isn't just a few hard drives in a closet, it's whole buildings full of servers. How does that math even work?

inSaw a historic house in Astoria with some wild trim work
Wasn't that trim added in a later renovation though?

inShoutout to the weirdest BIOS bug I've ever seen
Honestly, that sounds more like a fluke than a real bug. Those kinds of gremlins usually point to a deeper hardware problem, maybe a failing port or a short on the board. It's wild it stopped the whole boot process, but fixing the mouse probably just bypassed the real fault for now. Seen similar stuff where a bad keyboard made a PC act possessed until you unplugged it. Wouldn't call it a BIOS issue so much as a weird symptom.

inRemember when finding a quiet cafe in Bangkok meant showing up at 7am?
Honestly it's the same with asking to use a hotel lobby bathroom when you're not a guest, people are usually cool about it.
